＊如果申請者未滿18歲，必須得到其監護人同意才可申請。
In case an applicant is below 18 years old, the application should be approved by his/her parent or guardian.
① 申請人同意向Japanese Aiueonline申請網上在線課程。
An applicant agreed to apply for online Japanese lessons provided by Japanese Aiueonline.
② 申請人應提供真實準確的信息（客戶信息）。
All the information provided to Japanese Aiueonline is true and correct.
③ 課堂是以網上在線（Zoom）授課。
The online lessons are provided with zoom.
④課程確認後，必須在上課第一天前支付所有課程費用。
Once the course is confirmed, the tuition fee must be paid before the first day of lesson.
⑤ 除非Japanese Aiueonline取消課程，否則申請人所支付的課程費用將不予退還。
The tuition fee is non-refundable once collected except for the cancellation of course by Japanese Aiueonline.
⑥ 禁止申請人有以下行為和類似行為。
Japanese Aiueonline will prohibit the following acts and similar acts by the applicant.
a) 錄音和錄影上課過程中的情況，並以任何方式發布、出售和提供給第三方。
Recording the lessons and selling and providing it to a third party in any way.
b) 以任何方式向第三方出售或提供知識產權或材料。
Selling or providing intellectual property or materials to any third party in any way.
⑦ 如果Japanese Aiueonline認為申請人不適合參加，可以拒絕申請人的申請。
Japanese Aiueonline may refuse the application from the applicant if Japanese Aiueonline determines that the applicant is inappropriate to attend the lessons.
⑧ 禁止違反或可能違反法律的行為。
Any acts that violate or may violate the law are prohibited.
⑨ 就本課程申請和將來課程的申請，申請人同意Japanese Aiueonline將通過電子郵件、短信或申請人希望的任何其他方式與申請人聯繫。
An applicant agreed that Japanese Aiueonline will contact by E-mail, SMS, or any other methods the applicant may wish to regarding the application for this course and for any future applications too.
⑩ 申請人參加課程時必須更改Zoom的名稱。
Applicants shall edit his/her name before joining the online lessons.
⑪ 申請人須按照設定的時間表上課。
Students shall attend the lessons according to the agreed schedule.
⑫ Japanese Aiueonline 每月只為以下人士安排一次免費補課。
因病（*）或事假而未能參加課程的人。關於事假，需要至少提前 24 小時通知。未經事先通知而未在指定上課時間出現的學生將不予提供補課。
* 需要醫生開具的病假證明。
Japanese Aiueonline will arrange only one (1) make-up lesson per month for those who have not attended the lesson which they enrolled in due to sickness (*) or casual leave provided that prior notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. No make-up lesson will be given to applicants who do not show up at the scheduled lesson time and without prior notice.
*A medical certificate for sick leave is needed as proof.
